5. The Colonial Secretary addressed the Council and moved the following resolu-

That this Council approves the expenditure of the sums set out in the 3rd column of the schedule appended hereto, being amounts expended in excess of the amounts already approved by this Council for the in respect of the sub-heads referred to in the said schedule.
